At Contextual Designs, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel with exceptional service. Due to the nature of our production processes, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
Cancellation Terms
- Order Cancellation Timeline:
- 14 Days or More Before Production Begins: Orders may be canceled in full for a full refund.
- 7 to 13 Days Before Production Begins: A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Production Begins: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations. All payments made will be non-refundable.
- Customization and Design:
- Once a design is agreed upon and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. This includes any orders that have already begun the dyeing or screen printing process.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7-10 working days after the cancellation request is approved.

- Exceptions:
