Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of $5 will be automatically applied to all orders at checkout. This fee ensures safe and reliable delivery of your custom items.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Some prints and dyes that have been pre made (not a custom order) can be shipped same day
- Custom Orders: Due to the uniqueness of custom designs, delivery may take an additional 5 working days. We will notify you if there will be any delays in your order.
Delivery Methods
- We utilize reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas
- We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. For customers outside this area, please contact us for shipping options and costs.
Order Issues
- If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damages, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
